This Rotary Tablet Press is an intelligent small rotary tablet machine which is suitable for R&D centers, laboratories and small scale production. The system adopts PLC control and customers can observe and set display working turntable speed, system pressure, filling depth, pre-pressure, main pressure and the tablet thickness, tablet yield by means of touch screen.


Features of the Rotary Tablet Press
1. Single roller, fully enclosed structure and meet GMP requirement.
2. Speed can be adjusted by frequency inverter.
3. Easy to operate with PLC and touch screen, friendly man-machine interface.
4. Digital display main pressure, tablet ejection force, tablet thickness, filling depth, rotation speed and capacity.
5. Install main pressure and pre-pressure device.
6. Overload protection for motor with emergency stop device.
7. Force feeder (optional).
